Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical positions.
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Required Skills
- 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Solid knowledge of IT technologies and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
