We are looking for an experienced Senior V&V; Engineer with solid expertise in DO-178C verification and validation for safety-critical airborne software. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and reviewing verification activities throughout the software development lifecycle while ensuring compliance with aerospace certification standards. The role requires close collaboration with software development, systems engineering, certification, and quality teams.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and reviewing verification activities throughout the software development lifecycle while ensuring compliance with aerospace certification standards. The role requires close collaboration with software development, systems engineering, certification, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities





- Perform software verification and validation activities for airborne software developed as per DO-178C guidelines.
- Review and analyze Software Requirements (HLR/LLR), architecture, design, and source code for testability and compliance.
- Develop Software Verification Plans (SVP), test procedures, test cases, and verification reports.
- Execute requirements-based testing, integration testing, and system testing.
- Perform structural coverage analysis including:
- Statement Coverage
- Decision Coverage
- Modified Condition/Decision Coverage (MC/DC)

- Analyze verification results, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and support defect resolution.
- Verify software traceability between requirements, design, code, and test cases.
- Support certification audits and compliance activities with certification authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, systems engineering, safety, quality assurance, and certification teams.
- Mentor junior V&V; engineers and conduct technical reviews
