KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle purchase of PUF chemicals (Polyol, MDI/Isocyanate) and other raw chemicals used in panel

manufacturing

- Handle purchase of consumables for UPVC Roofing Sheet and Polycarbonate Sheet manufacturing

(resins, additives, colour masterbatch, packing material, etc.)

- Identify, develop and evaluate vendors for chemicals and consumables; get multiple quotations and

negotiate rates

- Raise Purchase Orders in SAP/ERP as per approved indents and rate contracts
- Coordinate with Production and Stores teams to plan purchases as per production schedule and avoid

stock-outs

- Track order status, follow up with vendors for on-time delivery, and resolve delays
- Verify vendor invoices, quality of material received and coordinate with Quality/Stores for any rejections

or returns

- Maintain purchase records, price history, and vendor comparison data
- Support cost-saving initiatives through rate negotiation and alternate vendor development
- Ensure compliance with company purchase policy and documentation (PO, GRN, indent approvals)
