Key Responsibilities-

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth material movement.
- Handle inward and outward movement of raw materials, finished goods, and other materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers, and documentation.
- Monitor stock levels, physical inventory, and system stock and identify discrepancies.
- Manage raw material receiving, storage, identification, and issuance as per requirements.
- Ensure proper binning, labelling, stacking, and storage of materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and support periodic stock audits.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and other departments for material requirements.
- Ensure timely issuance of materials against approved requisitions.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue/receipt records, and stock reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping,



safety, and compliance within the store area.
- Follow company SOPs and inventory control procedures.

Requirements-

- Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management.
- Experience in handling raw materials and stock inward/outward processes.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
- Working knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management Software.
- Positive communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Preferred

Experience in a manufacturing/pharma/medical device/FMCG environment will be an added advantage.
