JOB RESPONSIBILITYUNIT: GURGAON
DESIGNATION: Assistant Manager Finance
REPORTS TO: C.F.O.
1. Working Capital Management
2. Ensure excellent budgeting & MIS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Working Capital Management
2. Fund allocation to group entities and suppliers
3. Prepare cash flow and making payments to the suppliers
4. Coordination with bank for smooth working capital management
5. Prepare documents for working capital and term loan
6. Check monthly interest rate and bank charges
7. Manage Packing Credit in INR and Foreign currency
8. Maintain forex rate and review margin
9. Banking Entry and Bank Reconciliation
10. Preparation of Monthly MIS reports
11. Prepare GST date and finalize GST return
12. Assist to Senior to preparation of financial statements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
MBA/ CA Inter/ M. Com/B. Com in respective field with Minimum 4 years of Experience.
SKILLS:
Solid Analytical skills.
Good in excel & accounting systems
SAP FICO knowledge additional advantage
