About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Mall Marketing Manager to drive footfall, enhance brand visibility, and create engaging customer experiences across our retail developments. This role will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships that position our malls as vibrant lifestyle destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase mall footfall and tenant sales
- Plan and manage on-ground events, activations, and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with retail tenants for joint marketing initiatives and brand promotions
- Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website, and paid campaigns
- Drive customer engagement programs, loyalty initiatives, and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for campaign execution




- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to optimize campaigns
- Handle PR activities, influencer collaborations, and media partnerships
- Track and analyze campaign performance, footfall data, and ROI metrics
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and visual merchandising standards across the mall

Key Requirements:
