We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business processes, objectives, and challenges.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Conduct requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and brainstorming sessions.
- Translate business requirements into transparent functional specifications for the development team.




- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements and technology solutions.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarification in Agile environments.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate delivered solutions, and ensure business requirements are met.
- Manage requirement changes and maintain project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide post-implementation support and coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution.
