Job Title: IT Operations
Role Overview: We are looking for an IT Operations Functional Resource in ERP/CRM functional support, implementation, or application support. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting manufacturing business processes and a strong understanding of ERP and CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.The role requires a proactive professional who can work closely with business users, gather and document requirements, coordinate with technical teams, support UAT, and drive issue resolution across D2C and B2B business operations. This is a business-facing role focused on solving operational challenges and improving business processes.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business & Functional Support

- Provide functional support for ERP and CRM applications.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Support users across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Purchase, Stores, Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Management.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Validate solutions through testing and user sign-off.

2. Requirement Gathering & Documentation

- Interact with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Prepare and maintain:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- Process Flow Documents
- Test Scenarios & UAT Cases
- SOPs and User Training Documents

3. ERP & CRM Process Support A. ERP

- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Production & Quality
- Sales Order Processing
- Dispatch & Logistics
- Billing & Finance

B. CRM

- Lead & Customer Management
- Sales Pipeline
- Customer Service




- Distributor Management
- Approvals & Communication Tracking

4. D2C & B2B Business Support

- Support D2C and B2B business operations.
- Manage order processing, pricing, and approvals.
- Support fulfilment, billing, and returns.
- Track customer service and integration issues.
- Assist with business reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

- 34 years of experience in ERP/CRM Functional Support, Application Support, ERP Implementation, or Software Consulting.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.
- Exposure to Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM integration concepts.
- Practical understanding of D2C and B2B business models.
- Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, Process Documents, UAT Scenarios, and SOPs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Experience in coordinating issue resolution and driving closure.
