Sahanas Creations is seeking a skilled and proactive Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage in office construction activities for Commercial and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in civil construction, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and execute all on-site civil construction activities as per drawings and specifications.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards and safety regulations.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs and quantity checking for ongoing works.
- Prepare and verify contractor bills and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage and coordinate labour workforce, including allocation and productivity tracking.
- Monitor daily work output (daily progress reports) and ensure targets are met.
- Plan and track weekly and monthly construction schedules to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues proactively.




- Maintain proper records of site activities, materials, and progress reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in group housing / residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying, billing, and BOQ understanding.
- Good leadership skills in handling labour and subcontractors.
- Ability to plan and manage project schedules and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of software like MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualities:

- Experience in handling large-scale housing projects.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Location: On-site (Project Location)

Note: Candidates with hands-on site execution experience and strong coordination abilities will be preferred.
