Role & responsibilities:

- Own the recruiting function spanning Tech and Non-Tech disciplines.
- Provide real-time status on all open requirements.
- Agree on recruitment strategy and ensure execution of the same.
- Offer seamless Candidate experience.
- Hands-on recruitment with sourcing skills on all leading job-boards and social platforms.
- Work with Business Leaders to arrive at reasonable timelines to fulfil critical open positions.
- Owner of Employer Branding.
- Be the advisor to hiring managers to provide guidance and expertise to hire the best talent.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Excellent communication.
- Common Sense.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Multi-tasker.
- Experience in Recruitment is a must.
- Willingness to learn and work in a growing environment.
- Agency experience preferred
