ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Manager, you will own the behavioral and career readiness ecosystem for Masters' Union PGP students. This is a senior leadership role responsible for designing, scaling, and continuously improving behavioral preparation, interview readiness, and career asset quality across cohorts.
The role combines strategic program design , applied behavioral expertise , and hands-on leadership to ensure students are not just placedbut are genuinely prepared for high-stakes hiring environments.
Specifically, this role will involve
- Supporting in continuous enhancement of the mentorship experience through feedback, data, and mentor enablement.
- Tracking of student progress through mentorship touch points, identify readiness gaps, and intervene through targeted coaching or redesigned support.
- Owning the design, structure, and continuous improvement of the behavioral preparation curriculum
- Focusing on interview storytelling, communication, self-awareness, decision-making, and executive presence
- Integrate behavioral preparation with domain-specific interview readiness across roles, functions, and industries
- Developing and maintaining behavioral career assets, including:
- Interview question banks
- Storytelling frameworks
- Evaluation rubrics
- Feedback templates
- Self-assessment tools
- Monitoring behavioral readiness signals across cohorts and refine preparation based on interview performance and outcomes.
- Driving the quality, consistency,
and narrative alignment of student-facing career assets, including:
- Resumes
- LinkedIn profiles
- Video CVs
- Role-specific portfolios
- Ensuring all assets reflect recruiter expectations, behavioral narratives, and role readiness.
- Standardizing frameworks, review processes, and feedback loops to enable scale without compromising quality.
- Incorporate recruiter feedback, hiring trends, and placement outcomes into continuous asset improvement
Ideal candidate will have
- 5-10 years of full-time experience in career coaching, behavioral training, leadership development, or related fields
- Prior experience designing behavioral programs and managing mentors, coaches, or facilitators at scale
- Robust grounding in applied psychology, coaching methodologies, or behavioral science
- Background in Psychology or an MBA preferred (not mandatory)
- Experience in higher education, consulting, executive coaching, or talent development environments is a plus
- Deep understanding of behavioral interviewing and hiring psychology
- Strong program design, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Ability to build repeatable, scalable systems without diluting quality
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across levels
