- Preparation of Per Tire Requirement (PTR) for new development and PR change sizes for cost estimation.
- Optimize the use of existing material / alternate material for Product benefit.
- Analyze product failure due to product/process and initiate improvement measures.
- Generate quality improvement projects to improve the product performance and process efficiencies.
- PDCA approach to continual improvement and system development.
- Preparation of Cavity and pattern drawings for Agriculture sizes using AutoCAD for 2D drawing and CATIA for 3D proposals.
- Studying mould to tire growth for Bias and Radial sizes.
- Calculation of Carcass, Bead and Belt safety.
- Preparation Manufacturing and Tooling feasibility Study (MTFS) to know the availability of tooling/machines in plant.
- Preparation of cured tire layout, tire building specification, green profile for bias and radial sizes for the development.
- DFMEA & Root Cause Analysis
- New LI/PR development in existing size, considering Load & IP calculation of Tire safety, deciding construction of tire & other Industrialization activity.
- Calculation of lead ratio of Front/Rear tire combination.
