We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring across business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, expertise in sourcing high-quality talent, and the ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a rapid-paced environment. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can build talent pipelines, improve hiring processes, and contribute to the organization's growth through strategic talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
- Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire,



Offer Acceptance Rate, Cost-per-Hire, and Source Effectiveness.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and hiring standards.
- Mentor junior recruiters and support process improvements within the Talent Acquisition team.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in sourcing and talent mapping.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for recruitment tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 36 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience hiring for Sales, Operations, Customer Support, or Corporate functions is preferred.
