Qualification and Experience Required:

- MSW / MBA / Post Graduate in Rural Development.

- Candidate has degree/ diploma/ certificate in courses related to education- B. Ed/ M. Ed or qualified UGC-NET in education.

- Working experience in school management, content/ curriculum development or developing tools of assessment/ testing.

- Experience in implementation of education program & Learning Outcomes.

- Freshers are also welcome to apply.

- Ideal age bracket (preferable) is upto 35 Years.

About the Job:

The purpose of this role is to ensure project implementation inallocated schools and maintain quality and effectiveness as per logicalframework and in line with overall program philosophy.

Key Responsibility Area:

- Conduct baseline assessments in school.

- Support school team and teachers to develop academic interventions plan and activity calendar.

- Support teachers to use TheTeacherApp effectively towards continuous professional development.

- Orient Principal and Teacher about the QSP Program at regular intervals.





- Implement all program activities as per Logical Framework and in line with the overall program philosophy.

- Engage with and encourage community participation in school development activities.

- Motivate students to lead all in school club activities.

- Keep the school informed about various external competitions/participative events and bring in a culture of winning awards in partner schools.

- Plan and budget for all in school activities, event, campaigns etc. on a monthly /quarterly basis as may be mutually agreed with the Reporting Manager.

- Carry out activities as may also be planned by the HO and effectively implement.

- Ensure effective and accurate reporting of all program indicators on a monthly/need basis in the online MIS portal/other reporting templates from time to time.

- Engage with Block/District level department officials and provide necessary information as may be asked for.

- Follow all operating guidelines with respect to student safety both within and outside the school in case of any external activities, competitions, excursion tours etc.

- Prepare all program reports, plan the exit process, and provide support to the school on a need basis in case of program tenure completion.
