We're looking for someone to own and grow the social presence of Executive Education programmes at Masters Union.

This is a hands-on, creator-first role for someone who can independently ideate, shoot, edit, and publish content that captures programme interventions and learner experiences at Masters Union. You'll work closely with learners, programme teams, and the central marketing team to create content around campus immersions, master sessions, live workshops, learner achievements, startup stories, CXO and guest sessions, admissions campaigns, programme launches, and other key initiatives across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other brand platforms.

Specifically, this role will involve

- Independently ideating, shooting, editing, and publishing engaging short-form content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Being comfortable appearing on camera for interviews, programme walkthroughs, learner interactions, event coverage, and creator-led formats.
- Capturing programme immersions, masterclasses, workshops, CXO sessions, campus events, and learner experiences in real time.
- Developing recurring content formats, creator collaborations, and trend-led content aligned with the Masters Union brand.
- Building and maintaining a strong content pipeline across all Executive Education handles.
- Ensuring consistent visibility of Executive Education programmes across Masters Union's primary social media channels.
- Creating and distributing content around admissions campaigns, programme launches, learner achievements, startup stories, workshops, guest sessions, and other key programme milestones.
- Working closely with programme, marketing, and design teams to execute campaigns and content accurately and on time.
- Identifying and collaborating with learner creators, photographers, vloggers, faculty,



and programme participants to drive authentic storytelling.
- Driving co-created content, learner takeovers, repost opportunities, and creator-led storytelling.
- Staying closely connected to learner trends, emerging content formats, and conversations relevant to executive education audiences.
- Managing shoots, creative production, approvals, and post-production workflows where required.
- Maintaining content calendars, publishing schedules, and visibility trackers.
- Coordinating with internal teams, agencies, influencers, and external partners from ideation through execution.
- Tracking content performance, share regular insights and recommendations, and continuously improve content strategy.
- Maintaining strong documentation, meeting notes, and operational follow-through to ensure smooth execution.

Ideal candidate will have
- 2-5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or creator-led marketing.
- Strong editing skills with the ability to produce high-quality content quickly.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form storytelling.
- Excellent content instincts with the ability to identify opportunities proactively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders without losing attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership workplace.
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Experience running a personal creator page or social media channel is a plus.
- Experience working in a startup, creator-led, education, or fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Experience managing multi-platform content visibility and campaign coordination is an advantage.
