Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive patient acquisition, strengthen doctor referral networks, and build the hospital's brand presence in the region. This is a field-focused, target-driven role that requires regular interaction with doctors, clinics, and healthcare stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have experience in hospital marketing, healthcare business development, referral marketing, IVF, diagnostics, or pharma sales, with the ability to think strategically while driving on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and referral partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate patient referrals and increase hospital admissions.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to drive patient footfall and revenue growth.
- Plan and oversee branding initiatives, health camps, awareness programs, hoardings, and local marketing activities.
- Monitor referral performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate marketing operations and ensure effective execution of promotional initiatives.
- Support and supervise junior marketing team members as the team expands.

Desired Profile





- 3-5 years of experience in Hospital Marketing, Healthcare Business Development, IVF, Diagnostics, or Pharma Sales.
- Strong exposure to doctor engagement and referral generation.
- Proven track record of achieving business or sales targets.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in a field-based role.
