Role & responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing area, storage rooms, and waste disposal areas.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly.
- Dispose of garbage and recyclables according to company procedures.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organising kitchen supplies.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Support kitchen and service staff during busy periods.
- Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly
