Role & responsibilities
1. Clinical Education & Training
- Plan and deliver structured PAN-India clinical education programs for ostomy and continence care across hospitals, institutions, and home-care settings.
- Conduct national and regional training programs for clinicians, nurses, care associates, and sales teams.
- Support patient onboarding, in-servicing, and post-discharge education in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Ensure all training content and delivery comply with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
2. Field Support & Therapy Execution
- Provide advanced therapy support during product trials, launches, and complex patient cases across regions.
- Support institutional and regional sales teams with clinical inputs while maintaining strict non-promotional boundaries.
- Resolve non-routine clinical and therapy-related issues, escalating complex cases as required.
3. Process, Documentation & Compliance
- Implement and reinforce standardized national clinical education SOPs and documentation practices.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, coverage, and outcomes across India.
- Ensure patient dignity, confidentiality, and adherence to all compliance requirements.
4. Job Complexity, Discretion & Impact
- Works on moderately complex clinical education challenges requiring evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Decisions have moderate impact on national training coverage and therapy execution.
- Gaps in execution may delay education roll-outs or affect quality of clinical support.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Care Associates, and hospital stakeholders nationally.
- Share best practices and ensure consistency of clinical education delivery across regions.
- Demonstrate solid awareness of cross-functional and cross-geographic nuances.
