Quality Control Engineer (MEP) is responsible for ensuring the quality of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing/FPS) work on assigned projects. This role involves conducting inspections, testing materials, and verifying compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and Total Setting's quality requirements.
AREAS OF OWNERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITY
Material Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and tests of MEP materials to ensure they meet specified quality standards, makes/brands, specifications and are suitable for use.
Workmanship Inspection: Monitor and inspect the quality of MEP work performed by contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and best practices.
Quality Inspection Protocol (QIP) : Responsible for MEP quality inspections for the assigned projects.
Defect Identification and Rectification: Identify and document any defects or non-conformities in MEP work and implement proposed corrective action plans.
Quality Reports and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities, and prepare regular reports on the status of MEP quality.
Training and Education:
Provide technical training and guidance to construction personnel on MEP quality standards and procedures.
Quality Assessments: Conduct quality assessments of MEP construction processes and procedures.

Accurate and timely inspection and testing of MEP materials and work, as offered by the Site Operations Team
Identification of any defects or non-conformities and monitoring adherence
Compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and Total Environment's quality requirements.
Complete and accurate quality control documentation.
Effective training and education of construction personnel on MEP quality.
Improved quality of MEP work on assigned projects.

Percentage completion of Inspections offered
Percentage reduction in repetitive snag/defects in the assigned projects
Number of non-conformities identified and regular followups for closure.
Timeliness and accuracy of quality control reports.
Percentage compliance with Design and Specifications / customization so as to facilitate a delightful Customer living experience
