About the Role
Media Tech Temple Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Team Leader Recruitment
(IT & Non-IT) to lead our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-
to-end recruitment, leading recruiters, achieving hiring targets, and ensuring a smooth hiring process
for both technical and non-technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the IT & Non-IT Recruitment Team.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
¢ Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, oer
rollout, and onboarding.
¢ Allocate positions among recruiters and monitor daily productivity.
¢ Build strong candidate pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, social
media, and campus hiring.
¢ Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
¢ Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining hiring quality.
¢ Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical interview rounds.
¢ Train, mentor, and motivate recruiters to improve performance.
¢ Track recruitment metrics and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
¢ Manage salary negotiations and oer discussions.
¢ Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




¢ Improve hiring turnaround time (TAT) and recruitment eciency.
¢ Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Eligibility
¢ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related eld.
¢ 36 years of experience in recruitment.
¢ Minimum 12 years of experience leading a recruitment team.
¢ Proven experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring is mandatory.
Preferred Qualications
¢ Experience in BPO, Call Center, IT Services, or Digital Marketing recruitment.
¢ Familiarity with ATS and HRMS software.
¢ Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
