Finance plays a critical role in enabling data driven decision making, improving efficiency and supporting innovation across GSK. As part of delivering our Ahead Together strategy, strengthening digital literacy, digital confidence and adoption across Finance is essential to improving performance and insight.
This role sits within the Finance Capabilities and Talent team, reporting to the Director, Finance Learning and Capability, and focuses on accelerating digital fluency across Finance. The Specialist, Finance Capability (Digital Fluency) will shape and deliver learning experiences that build capability in AI, automation, data and digital tools, working closely with Finance Digital and Tech to embed recent ways of working and transform behaviours across Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the digital fluency programme Set a clear strategy and approach for digital fluency across Finance, working in partnership with Tech to align priorities and capabilities.
- Build digital and AI capability Design and deliver learning experiences that build practical capability in AI, automation, data visualisation and analytics.
- Showcase best practice Develop and maintain a digital tools Lab supported by clear guidance and examples that show how Finance teams can apply digital tools effectively.
- Enable digital adoption Partner with the Finance Digital and Tech team to upskill colleagues,
embed new ways of working and accelerate behaviour change aligned to Ahead Together.
- Support peer groups and networks Design and manage digital fluency networks, including Accelerator communities acting as digital coaches and Trailblazer communities demonstrating social proof and best practice.
- Test, learn and scale Act as a bridge between Tech and Finance to pilot new tools and approaches, measure impact and scale what drives productivity, insight and efficiency.
- Collaborate and align Work closely with HR, Corporate LD and Tech to align activity, share insights and build consistency across GSK.
Key Skills
- Minimum 5 to 10 yrs of experience.
