- To develop & maintain customer engagement through innovative and creative articles and other content like blogging.
- Research and write articles, newsletter and emails
- Edit content produced by other members as needed
- Manage & update Social Media Sites (Facebook, Twitter, Health Blogging etc.)
- Stay up to date with industry trends and news
- To manage all content on and off line. This will include proofreading, editing and ensuring all content is SEO optimized ( where necessary )
- To actively participate in all marketing activity, put relevant ideas forward and work synonymously with our PR and Digital team.
- To manage website updates, customer experience related communication
- To work closely with various Account Managers,
Marketing /team & Head -Service Delivery to build clear & engaging content for our patients.
Candidate Profile:-
- Should have a valuable behavior and learning attitude, egos to be kept outside the office.
- UG - Graduation Not Required
- PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
- Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization
