- Bachelor s Degree in an Information Technology related field.
- A minimum of 1 to 4 years system administration experience.
- Candidates with certifications would be preferred.
- Must have an expert level understanding and proficiency in Windows Server Administration including Active Directory and Exchange.
- Must be familiar with Networking.
- Position requires attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks on multiple projects with multiple people is a must.
- Decent communication skills. Qualifications

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Maintain system standards.

- Monitor the system daily and identify any possible intrusions.
Install recent and rebuild existing servers.

- Defines network policies, procedures and establishes connections & firewalls.

- Back up all file systems and system data to the appropriate media.

- Protects organization by keeping information confidential.

- Recommend the implementation of new products and meets financial requirements by monitoring expenses and submitting budgets.





- Repair/Configure computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals as needed. Identify unresolved hardware and software problems for resolution. Order spare parts or maintenance kits as needed.

- Keep documentation of hardware, maintenance, and upgrade or replace hardware and software as needed.
- Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.

- Maintain yearly licenses for current software.

- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or management.

- Intermediate Linux/Unix skills with exposure to open source technologies

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Documentation of the process and procedures to align the IT organization towards standards
