Must-Have Skills

D365 CRM / Dataverse

Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, or Customer Insights modules)

Strong knowledge of Dataverse data modeling, security roles, and platform limits

Experience with D365 customization and extensibility (plugins, custom workflows, PCF controls, JavaScript, business rules)

Familiarity with CRM Order-to-Cash processes (Account, Opportunity, Quote, Order, Product, Pricing, Order Lines)

Ability to assess existing D365 environments and identify technical debt, performance issues, and UX limitations

Azure Platform

Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid)

Understanding of Azure security, identity, and access patterns (Entra ID, managed identities, key vault)

Ability to design scalable, secure, event-driven architectures

Familiarity with Azure data services (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, or equivalent)

Familiarity with Fabric, Synapse, or data platform integration

Integration Architecture

Experience designing CRM-to-ERP integrations

Strong understanding of master data management (MDM) concepts, survivorship rules, and conflict resolution

Experience designing API-based and event-driven integration patterns

Ability to design robust error handling, reconciliation, and monitoring processes

Azure data factory





Custom Application Design

Experience architecting custom applications that integrate with CRM and enterprise systems

Strong grasp of performance optimization (caching, indexing, query design, pagination)

Ability to evaluate Power Platform vs. custom development tradeoffs

Consulting & Communication

Client-facing experience with technical and business stakeholders

Ability to speak fluently to architecture, design tradeoffs, and platform constraints

Robust documentation and solution design skills

Strongly Preferred Skills

AI & Conversational Interfaces

Experience designing conversational interfaces / copilots / agentic workflows

Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent tool/context orchestration patterns

Hands-on with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, or Copilot Studio

Understanding of secure AI patterns (governed data access, guardrails, auditability, responsible AI)

NetSuite ERP

Working knowledge of NetSuite data model, APIs (SuiteTalk, RESTlets), and integration patterns

Experience with NetSuite Account / Customer master data synchronization

Power Platform

Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) design and performance tuning

Power Automate flow design

Understanding of Dataverse performance limits and workarounds

Alternative CRM Platforms

Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and capabilities (for comparative assessment and potential migration scenarios)
