Job Description

Alpha Diesels is hiring Service Technicians / Junior Technicians for Diesel Generator / DG Set service, maintenance, installation, and field support in Bhiwadi and nearby industrial areas.

This role is suitable for freshers, ITI candidates, diploma holders, and candidates with up to 3 years of technical experience. Selected candidates will work with our experienced technician team and receive practical training in DG set service and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior technicians in DG set service, preventive maintenance, and breakdown work.
- Visit factories, industries, and customer sites for service support.
- Perform basic electrical and mechanical checks under supervision.
- Help in engine oil, filter, battery, coolant, wiring, and panel-related service work.
- Support DG installation, load testing, inspection, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain basic service reports and update the team after site visits.
- Learn DG set maintenance process, safety practices, and customer handling.
- Keep tools, service vehicle, and workshop area organized.

Candidate Requirements

- Fresher to 3 years of experience.
- ITI / Diploma preferred: Electrician, Diesel Mechanic, Fitter, Motor Mechanic, Mechanical, Electrical.
- Basic knowledge of engine, electrical wiring, tools,



or mechanical work preferred.
- Candidates from DG set, generator, automobile, compressor, pump, engine, electrical, or industrial equipment background will be preferred.
- Must be willing to travel for field service visits.
- Should be punctual, hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Bike/license preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
- Local candidates from Bhiwadi, Tapukara, Dharuhera, Rewari, Neemrana, Manesar, or nearby areas preferred.
