- The scope of the role is: Operational sustainability leadership including water, carbon/climate and WWW/packaging.
- The role shall provide governance and leadership on Sustainability to the Enterprise ( KGBPL ) based on the Expections from Coco-Cola India and the Regulatory Targets
- The strategic footprint of the role spans from technical operations connecting end-to-end the design, collect,and partner pillars, set goals and roadmap for achieving WWW goals to a multilayer technical sustainability culture and capability development in collaboration overall Sustainability leads.
- The role is responsible for the collating data , information and computation of OPEX / CAPEX for operational sustainability across : packaging, climate/carbon, water, waste management, circular economy and operational sustainability strategies.
- Development of the Sustainability Strategy, Programs, Goals & Targets and define governance on tracking progress.
Preferred candidate profile
The sustainability Manager will operate and lead as an indispensable member of the QSE Corporate Team. The following areas define the key focus of the role:
- Guide , development and execute the KGBPL sustainability strategy aligned with Coca-Cola's WWW, Carbon, and Water goals, focusing on operational improvements at bottling plants.
- Technical sustainability strategy:
As a key member of the Corporate QSE team ensure implementation of the sustainability strategy and commitments.
- Sustainability Reporting : Develop a Sustainability Dashboard and MIS for KGBPL .
- Governance, compliance: Ensure all license to operate and KORE sustainability requirements, OU governance are in place in line with the global governance framework requirements.
- Innovation: Network for the technical sustainability innovation pipeline and its progression , ensure technical sustainability agenda is in place and create competitive advantage. Lead the implementation support for all technical operational sustainability aspects that protects and enhances the reputation of Kandhari Group .
- Carbon Footprint : Provide the data / computation on Carbon Footprint from time to time.
Communication Focus
Influence and alignment with stakeholders at most senior levels internally and externally including Coca-Cola India.
- Work with internal networks.
- Define and communicate across the Kandhari bottling group a sustainability culture with innovation mindset.
- Deal predominately with situations where other parties have shared interests or opposing interests related to operational sustainability and/or QSE digital agenda development and implementation plans.
- Think outside-in and is well connected, involve a broader set of stakeholders in decision making.
