As a Technical Account Manager at Torry Harris, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the relationship between our clients and our technical teams. Your primary focus will be to understand client needs, ensure the successful implementation of our solutions, and drive customer satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact for technical inquiries and will work closely with various internal teams to facilitate project delivery and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Understand customer priorities, challenges, and technology roadmap, aligning THBS capabilities to customer needs.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and new engagements.
- Represent customer feedback internally and help shape solution offerings.
- Travel to customer locations and setting up meeting with Stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

- 5 7 years of experience Technical + Client facing individual




- Understanding of one or more of the following technology areas:
- Integration & APIs
- Data & Analytics
- Cloud Platforms
- AI / GenAI solutions

- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop recent business opportunities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and customer-centric approach.

Preferred

- Experience working with telecom operators or large enterprise customers.
- Exposure to digital transformation, modernization, or managed services engagements.
- Existing relationships within BT or other telecom customers would be an advantage.
