Our Client is a registered NBFC that offers business loans to MSMEs in 80+ cities with 99 branches in India. The company is re-engineering the credit business using Technology and Data Science through its proprietary models.

Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer will create engaging and on-brand graphics for various media. This includes digital assets for web and social media, marketing collaterals, emailers, and more. The role requires a creative individual working collaboratively with the marketing team to bring ideas to life and enhance our brands visual identity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Graphic Design: Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website graphics, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our brand’s message and identity.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
- Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept through to final production,



ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Visual Storytelling: Use design to enhance storytelling and engagement, creating visuals that resonate with our audience and support marketing goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and tools to refine and enhance design skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- 4 to 5 years of skilled experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Corel Draw, motion graphics and video editing software.

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the financial services industry is a must.

- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).

- Experience with web design and a good understanding of HTML/CSS.

- Familiarity with UX/UI design concepts.

- Illustration skills are a plus.
