Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Lead Consultant who can drive the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable AI-ready data platforms. The role requires robust expertise in AWS Redshift, Databricks, LangGraph/LangChain, Vector Databases, Data Engineering & Metadata Management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI-enabled data and analytics platforms.
- Define enterprise architecture using Databricks, AWS Redshift, PGVector, APIs, and GenAI frameworks.

2. Databricks & Lakehouse Implementation

- Design and implement data lakehouse solutions using Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark, and Unity Catalog.
- Optimize Spark jobs, notebooks, workflows, and data processing pipelines.

3. AWS Redshift & Data Platform Engineering

- Work with AWS Redshift as a trusted structured data source.
- Design data models, analytical layers, and performance-optimized SQL queries.

4. GenAI, RAG & Semantic Search Enablement

- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation architecture for enterprise analytics use cases.




- Work with LangGraph/LangChain for intent classification, orchestration, validation, and Text-to-SQL use cases.
- Lead the development of APIs for audit tracking, metadata retrieval, data access, and analytical services.
- Integrate multiple enterprise data sources with AI and analytics platforms.

5. Data Engineering & Analytics

- Databricks, Apache Spark,Delta Lake,Python,SQL,ETL/ELT Pipelines,Data Warehousing

6. Cloud & Data Platforms

- AWS Redshift,AWS S3,AWS Glue,AWS Lambda,AWS IAM & Databricks Lakehouse Platform

7. AI / GenAI Technologies

- LangGraph / LangChain , RAG Architecture & Vector Databases

8. Mandatory Experience

- 9+ years of overall IT experience & Strong hands-on experience in Data Engineering and Cloud Data Platforms.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Databricks or Spark-based platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of AWS Redshift and SQL-based analytics.Experience in GenAI/RAG, Vector Search, or AI-powered analytics.

9. Good to Have Certifications

- Databricks Certified Data Engineer / Databricks Solution Architect
- AWS Certified Data Engineer / AWS Solution Architect
- Generative AI / AI Engineering certifications
