Designation- Executive/Sr. Executive-Warehouse operations
Location- Tauru/Jamalpur/Farrukhnagar

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day fulfillment center operations including inbound receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatch.
- Ensure adherence to Client-defined operational KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
- Lead and develop warehouse teams including supervisors, executives, and associates to achieve operational excellence and productivity targets.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, reconciliation, and effective inventory control processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity, space utilization, process efficiency, and cost optimization.




- Coordinate with Client stakeholders, transport partners, vendors, and internal support functions to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, quality processes, security protocols, and customer SOPs.
- Analyze daily operational MIS, productivity reports, and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, attendance, performance management, and training programs for warehouse staff.
- Handle customer escalations, operational challenges, and exception management while ensuring timely resolution.
