Role & responsibilities

Perform 800xA application testing, execute test cases, and report defects

- Develop and configure AC800M logic using Control Builder
- Work on alarms, events, logs, trends, and graphics (PG2) in 800xA
- Support 800xA installation in domain/workgroup environments
- Handle basic Windows configuration (users, firewall, group policy)
- Work with networking basics (switches, routers)
- Use and troubleshoot industrial protocols (Profibus, HART, Profinet, Modbus)

Technical Skill Set :

- ABB 800xA system knowledge
- AC800M controller & logic development (Control Builder)
- Understanding of alarms, events, logs, and trends in 800xA
- Knowledge of industrial fieldbus protocols (Profibus, HART, Profinet, Modbus)




- Basic networking (switch and router configuration)
- Understanding of industrial processes & BU libraries
- 800xA installation in domain/workgroup environments
- Basic Windows system configuration (firewall, user setup)

Software Skill Set:

- ABB 800xA platform usage
- Control Builder (for AC800M programming)
- Manual testing execution (test case execution & defect reporting)
- Agile methodology (working knowledge/experience)
- PG2 Graphic Builder (for HMI graphics)
- 800xA tools (logs, trends, diagnostic tools)
- Windows domain & group policy configuration
