About the Role

Phitech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of High Voltage Testing Equipment, is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineers to support administrative, technical, and marketing functions. The role involves preparing quotations, maintaining technical data sheets, handling documentation, assisting in tender filling, and supporting marketing activities related to our advanced electrical testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage technical quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), Technical Offers (TO), and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Create and maintain datasheets, compliance statements, and technical documentation for products and projects.
- Coordinate with customers for technical clarifications and order processing.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring quotations, orders, and project progress.
- Assist in tender filling, submission, and documentation activities ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
- Support marketing activities including product presentations, client communication, and promotional material preparation.
- Maintain structured records of quotations, tenders, orders, customer communications, and project documents.
- Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education:



B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 1–5 years in technical sales support, back-office engineering, tendering, quotations, or customer support.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, conditional formatting).
- Experience in dashboard creation using Excel/Power BI.
- Ability to understand and prepare technical specifications and datasheets.
- Language Skills (Mandatory):
- Excellent English proficiency (speaking and writing compulsory).
- Ability to draft professional documents, quotations, tenders, and client communications in English.
- Other Skills:
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good convincing power for customer interactions and marketing support.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of high voltage testing equipment or electrical industry preferred.
