Position Title: Security Officer
Location: Kadur, Karnataka
Reporting To: Chief Security Officer (CSO) / General Manager (GM)
Site Area: Approximately 180 Acres

Position Summary

The Security Officer will be responsible for the overall security, safety, and protection of the company's 180-acre land parcel and associated assets located in Kadur, Karnataka. The role requires effective management of security personnel, prevention of encroachment and unauthorized activities, coordination with government agencies and local communities, and ensuring compliance with all security and statutory requirements. The incumbent will serve as the primary security representative at the site and act as the first responder during emergencies.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate degree preferred.
- Certification or training in Security Management will be an added advantage.

Experience





- Minimum 5+ years of experience in security operations.
- Experience in managing large estates, industrial land parcels, infrastructure projects, plantations, mines, or large land banks preferred.
- Ex-Servicemen (Army, Navy, Air Force, CAPF, Police) will be given strong preference.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Ex-Serviceman / Retired Defense Personnel
Experience in land protection, estate security, or industrial security
Strong local administration and police liaison network in Karnataka
Kannada-speaking with positive community engagement skills
Hands-on leader capable of managing both security operations and stakeholder relations
