We are seeking a dynamic, analytical Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team as MIS & Financial Analytics. In this role, you will lead business reporting, branch-level profitability analysis, RBI regulatory data auditing, and executive dashboarding for the Chairman's Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily consolidated GL MIS reports and executive dashboards for presentations.
- Analyse monthly branch-wise profitability, disbursement yields, and realized scheme yields.
- Audit and check branch incentive calculations (Growth, Collection, NCA/LCA, Legal Recovery).
- Validate and reconcile RBI statutory compliance data (Disbursements, Settlements, DNBS reports).
- Assist in annual budget preparation, static pool analysis, and Board presentation decks.
Preferred candidate profile
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in MIS & Data Analytics within an NBFC
- Solid mastery of Advanced Excel, and financial modelling.
- Strong understanding of Gold Loan products, LTV dynamics, yield monitoring, and RBI compliance.
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) (Mandatory).Role & responsibilities
