We are looking for an experienced IAM Operations/Support Engineer with hands-on expertise in One Identity Manager (OIM) to support and manage Identity & Access Management operations. The role includes handling daily IAM operations, incident and request management, change, problem management and ensuring SLA adherence.
Role Descriptions:
• Provide L2/L3 support for One Identity Manager (OIM) platform
• Manage user lifecycle activities (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
• Perform provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications
• Handle incidents and service requests within SLA timelines
• Support RBAC and access control requests
