Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against purchase documents.
- Perform Goods Receipt (GRN) and update inventory records in ERP/SAP.
- Handle raw material warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, inventory control, and issuance of materials to production.
- Store materials as per FIFO/FEFO and designated storage locations.
- Pick, pack, and issue materials to production as per requirement.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for material availability.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock verification.
- Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.




- Maintain warehouse housekeeping as per 5S standards.
- Follow EHS (Workplace, Health & Safety) guidelines during warehouse operations.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.
- Maintain daily warehouse reports and MIS.
