About the Role:
Syriac CPA Tax & Accounting Services Inc, a well-established professional services CPA firm, is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the firm’s client base by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, strengthening client relationships, and executing targeted marketing and outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end client acquisition, from lead generation to successful conversion
Identify, qualify, and follow up on prospective leads to build a strong sales pipeline




Develop and execute business development and lead generation strategies across digital and offline channels
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, prospects, and referral partners
Plan and manage marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, and promotional activities
Create and coordinate professional marketing content for social media, digital platforms, and print materials
Represent the organization at business events, seminars, exhibitions, and community programs to generate current leads
Manage marketing booths, presentations, and external promotional setups
Track leads, conversion metrics, and business development performance
Collaborate closely with management on branding, positioning, and growth initiatives

Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, sales, or lead generation
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to generate and convert leads through digital marketing and direct outreach
Experience in lead generation, client follow-ups, and campaign management
Proficiency in English (Mandatory)
