Role & responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and location.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess basic suitability for the role.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of relevant candidate profiles.
- Track sourcing metrics and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates across various Non-IT functions

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Non-IT recruitment/sourcing.




- Experience in sourcing candidates for sectors such as Sales, Customer Service, Healthcare, Education, Retail, Operations, Manufacturing, BFSI, or other Non-IT functions
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Strong research and candidate identification skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a recruitment team.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced recruitment environment.
