We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee end-to-end workplace operations and ensure a seamless, protected, and premium office experience. The role involves managing facility operations, vendors, compliance, budgets, workplace readiness, and support staff while maintaining the highest service standards.
Key Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Facility Management, Workplace Operations, Hospitality, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Experience in vendor management, SLA monitoring, and contract negotiations
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Ability to manage budgets, compliance, audits, and facility projects
Preferred Background:
- Managed office/coworking spaces (WeWork, Smartworks, Awfis, etc.)
- 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality operations
