- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows/Flows.
- Build and maintain declarative automation using Salesforce Flow and other low-code tools.
- Support application development, testing, deployments, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot configuration, data, and integration issues on the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and development teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and Flows.
- Valuable understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment processes, sandboxes, and change sets.
- Basic knowledge of SOQL and Salesforce reporting.
