Job Description

Alpha Diesels is hiring a Telecaller / Sales Coordinator for industrial sales support, customer calling, lead follow-up, and sales coordination.

The candidate will be responsible for calling factories, industries, existing customers, and new leads for Diesel Generator sales, DG set service, AMC, rentals, compressors, and other industrial power solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Call new and existing industrial customers for DG set sales, service, AMC, rental, and compressor enquiries.
- Follow up with leads generated through website, referrals, field sales team, and existing customer database.
- Coordinate with sales executives, service team, and management for customer requirements.
- Maintain daily calling records, lead status, follow-up dates, and customer responses.
- Share quotations, brochures, company details, and service information with customers.
- Schedule meetings or site visits for the field sales team.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries politely and professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with industrial customers.
- Support the team in sales reporting and basic office coordination.

Candidate Requirements

- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Fresher to 3 years of experience in telecalling, sales coordination,



customer support, or office coordination.
- Good Hindi communication is required.
- Basic English communication will be preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Should be comfortable using phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Candidates from Bhiwadi, Tapukara, Dharuhera, Rewari, Neemrana, Manesar, or nearby areas preferred.
- Should be polite, disciplined, confident, and willing to learn.
- Experience in industrial sales, B2B sales, machinery, electrical, automobile, or service industry will be preferred but not mandatory.
