Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom lectures, seminars, demonstrations, and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students.
- Develop, update, and implement nursing curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials in accordance with university guidelines and current nursing practices.
- Mentor and guide students in academic learning, clinical practice, research activities, and career development.
- Supervise students during clinical postings and ensure adherence to patient safety, ethical standards, and hospital protocols.
- Assess student performance through examinations, assignments, practical evaluations,



and clinical assessments.
- Maintain accurate academic records, clinical documentation, attendance, and student progress reports.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, accreditation activities, and institutional development initiatives.
- Conduct and publish research in peer-reviewed journals and actively participate in national and international conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and academic colleagues to enhance the quality of nursing education and clinical practice.
- Provide guidance during clinical emergencies and ensure students follow standard nursing procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated with advancements in nursing education, healthcare technologies, and evidence-based clinical practices.
