Key Responsibilities

- Teach all core subjects to primary students as per the curriculum.
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Develop students' communication, social, and life skills.
- Coordinate with parents and provide regular updates on student performance.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom activities.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.) with B.Ed. (preferred).
- 13 years of teaching experience in primary grades (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Passion for teaching young learners.
- Positive classroom management and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.
