Roles and Responsibilities

Job is for 12 hrs in an msme having 60 cnc turning and milling machines.

Candidate has to manage atleast 20 mcs where he will have to do activities like -

offset correction,insert changing,jaws boring , runout correction, settins, manpower control , etc

Interested candidates can call (phone hidden) immediately for placements.

- Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts with minimal errors.

- Read engineering drawings and understand part specifications to ensure accurate production.

- Conduct quality checks on finished products using measuring tools such as Vernier calipers, Micrometer, Height gauge etc.

- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in CNC programming, setting, operating & turning with Fanuc control.

- Solid understanding of CNC machining principles and practices.

- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and interpreting part specifications.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
