We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing and delivering engaging learning content and programs to enhance employee behavioural skills and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, objective, content requirements
- Utilize instructional design methodologies and learning technologies to create effective learner-centric learning experiences
- Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, learning interventions using variety of learning methods (virtual/classroom/blended)
- Evaluate and assess effectiveness of learning programs through feedback to measure impact
- Build robust relationships with business stakeholders and HRBP to build a culture of learning
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices,
and emerging technologies in learning and development, and integrate innovative learning solutions into programs
- Independently anchor flagship programs such as Manager Capability, Business aligned programs and so on.
Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:
Qualifications/ Experience: MBA in HR with 15-18 years of HR experience with minimum 10 years of L&D; experience. Preferred industry Tech/IT.
