- Monitor pantry hygiene and cleanliness by conducting regular inspections and ensuring food safety compliance.
- Maintain pantry inventory by tracking stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment of groceries and consumables.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, monitor deliveries, and verify the quality and quantity of supplies.
- Track stock consumption to control wastage and ensure efficient utilization of pantry resources.
- Ensure pantry equipment is operational through routine checks and timely maintenance of appliances.
- Supervise pantry assistants or support staff to ensure quality service and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Conduct quality checks on food items and pantry supplies to ensure freshness and proper storage.
- Maintain inventory records, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments with accurate documentation.

Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Facility Management, or any related discipline.



Diploma holders are also eligible.
- 2 4 years of experience in Pantry Management, Hospitality Operations, Corporate Facilities, or Food & Beverage Operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management, vendor coordination, and procurement with the ability to control stock and minimize wastage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office for inventory tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
