Role & responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Plan and manage manpower, materials, machinery, and other site resources.
- Verify layout, levels, alignment, and dimensions before execution.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and construction best practices.
- Monitor reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Identify site issues and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Measure executed work and assist in billing and quantity verification.




- Maintain site records, inspection reports, material records, and work documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Attend project review meetings and provide construction updates.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and planning teams for inspections and project milestones.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in building, industrial, commercial, institutional, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing works, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
