Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate all MEP design disciplines, including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV, BMS, and other associated services.
- Act as the primary coordination point between internal design teams, clients, architects, PMC, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Understand the project scope, client requirements, design guidelines, specifications, and project deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, design deliverable trackers, drawing schedules, and submission status reports.
- Coordinate with discipline leads and design engineers to ensure timely completion of drawings, calculations, BOQs, technical specifications, DBRs, reports, and other project deliverables.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary MEP services to minimize clashes and ensure proper integration with architectural, structural, and interior design requirements.




- Review MEP coordination drawings and ensure that all services are properly coordinated before submission.
- Coordinate client comments and ensure that comments are addressed and incorporated by the respective design teams.
- Attend client, architect, PMC, contractor, and vendor coordination meetings as required.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure completion of assigned tasks within committed timelines.
- Coordinate site-related queries with the design teams and ensure timely issuance of necessary clarifications and revised drawings.
- Visit site periodically to provide quality audit reports
- Assist management in pitch projects like doing site duedeiligence, reports, presentations to convert the project
