We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Executive to manage vendor relationships, coordinate vendor payments, and support the end-to-end vendor lifecycle. The role requires close collaboration with Accounts, Legal, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure smooth vendor onboarding, payment processing, and stakeholder communication.

- Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely processing and release of vendor payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors by addressing payment-related queries and resolving escalations.
- Support vendor onboarding by collecting required documentation and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate with the Legal team for vendor agreement preparation, execution, renewals, and closure.
- Maintain accurate vendor master data, payment trackers, and MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor outstanding payments, follow up with internal stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve vendor management processes and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in any discipline with 1 2 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement Support, Supply Operations, Accounts Coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,



basic formulas, and data management).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with robust stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems, vendor onboarding, payment management, or contract management processes will be an added advantage.
