- Design engaging visual content including reports, presentations, infographics, knowledge products, event materials, and social media creatives
- Ensure visual consistency, institutional branding across all formats and platforms
- Collaborate with communications and programme teams to translate content into intuitive visual formats
- Support video editing, animation, and multimedia design as needed for campaigns or events
- Maintain a repository of design templates, visual assets, and image libraries for ongoing use.

- Experience designing reports, infographics, decks, and social media creatives tailored to diverse stakeholder groups
- Basic knowledge of video editing, animation,

- Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong alignment of public purpose and institutional impact
C. Qualification Criteria: Masters Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts (with specialisation in Commercial Arts) or Visual Communication from a recognised University or Professional Institution recognised by Government.
D. Experience Criteria: Minimum 3 years as a Graphic Designer, preferably with Government or large organisations; proficiency in graphic-design software; creativity in visual communication; knowledge of government PR and ability to produce outreach/IEC materials.
